Josh Harrison, CPA/ABV, CFA. Mr. Harrison is the founder and sole owner of Harrison, P.C.
Mr. Harrison has fifteen years of experience in accounting and financial consulting. Prior to founding Harrison, P.C., he worked with “Big 4” accounting firms Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led projects and advised clients in the areas of financial reporting, litigation and other disputes, transaction services, business valuation, operations management, and other business consulting. He also worked at a smaller national accounting firm in a similar capacity.
Mr. Harrison has advised clients and counsel on numerous matters in the context of business litigation, including economic damages, business valuations, partnership disputes, intellectual property disputes, fraud investigations, and other disputes. His litigation experience includes providing both consulting services and expert witness testimony.
Mr. Harrison is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. With this unique combination of credentials and his background in public accounting and consulting, he is skilled at approaching business issues from multiple angles and providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Mr. Harrison graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1994 with a degree in Accounting.
